Commercial Term Loans

Term loans can be arranged as an exit from a bridge or at the outset. Maximum loan to value is 75% and rates start at 3.75% up to 9.75%. The higher rates are for the more difficult cases which we specialise in. Loans are usually based on the income derived from the asset and not your personal situation unless you are buying in your personal name and we need to take your personal income into account. We have lent on factories, mills, warehouses, shops, offices, care homes and other such assets.
