Buy to Let Loan 

We can arrange funding for most types of buy to let properties from single houses to blocks of apartment and large mixed portfolios. The maximum loan to value is 75% and the loans are underwritten on the basis of the rental yield from the asset(s). Different lenders require different rental coverage. Mainstream banks usually require a higher percentage coverage but their rates will be cheaper. Other funders are less stringent and will look at the more difficult cases.
